The PRO Selection process combines job analysis with candidate assessment to ensure accuracy and fit - the right person in the right job equals maximum performance.

The Predictive Index (PI) is a senior executive management tool that measures the work-related behaviors and motivating needs of the people in your organization. PI will give you the power and knowledge to select the right person for the right job every time. In addition, you will have the tools to better motivate, lead, and utilize your people for achievement of your company's goals. When the motivations and work-related behaviors of your employees are in sync with the jobs to be done, they will be more effective. Your job will be easier and your bottom line will improve. It's that simple.

Selection begins by analyzing a specific job position in the context of your business with the PI - PRO (Job Analysis). Input is gathered from sources with direct contact and/or responsibility for results of the new hire. The individual PRO's are consolidated and the combined data creates an accurate final PRO. The final PRO information gives us insight into the behaviors and drives necessary for excellent performance in the position at hand. With this road map you are in a position to hire people who will do that job effectively.

Prepared with the PRO Selection information, next the Predictive Index is given to your candidates, administered by you at your location, it is scored and analyzed and discussed how that person will perform in the job. Finally, compare this person to what is required by the job, highlighting fits and gaps, so you can make an informed decision.
